a. User-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed only within 15 days of purchase.

- Cancellations requested after the allowed window will not be accepted.
b. Service/Subscription Cancellations
- For ongoing subscription services, users may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
3. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service not delivered due to technical issues on our end
- Incorrect or failed transaction
b. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are not refundable:
- Spiritual services already performed
- Subscription fees for completed cycles
- Digital content already accessed or downloaded
c. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted only if the service was partially delivered and the issue is caused by us.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your bank/wallet:
- The amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 3–7 working days.
- If not reversed, contact us with the transaction ID and payment screenshot.
